KUNG HEI FAT CHOI, is what we say in Chinese to Greet and Wish everyone a Happy Lunar New Year - the Year of the Wood Snake. And, I feel my year finally started about 5 day prior to the Chinese New Year. And, what a lovely year it's been so far. I have had things that I have wanted to do from about 6 years ago, then all of a sudden the opportunities showed up quick and effortlessly. This is really a sign of the times, so it makes me feel excited. I'm no longer worrying about the future, not that I did, but the old programming would sometimes drag me into that space of "planning how to shape my life in the next six months", so far, I'm just planning what to eat next
In January, there were a lot of intense activating energies coming in, I could feel the balance of rest and work, my flow has been consistently good, so there is a relaxed state of Being now. I sense last year really was the training ground for acclimating into these new frequencies. With them, I'm also noticing that my psychic senses are heightened as well. I realise I have a lot of "random thoughts" dropping in with bits of info that actually show up to be true. I'm observing this phenomenon, I have had messages in the past, but this feels different in that it feels more normal? That's the only way I can describe it, doesn't actually make sense what I just typed, but that is how it feels! Sometimes, this intel is not directly related to me, but I can feel the effects of it misalignment, and as I acknowledge and allow those feelings within me that are coming up, I notice a shift in the collective energies. There is a lot going on energetically across the globe, I'm aware not to get too distracted by what is happening, but sometimes you can really feel it. Without going into the drama of what is happening with my Starseeds from BTS, there is a real fight of Dark Vs Light. The very real incident of Jungkook's near death from poisoning, after the bullying he endured in the Military, the pain of a mother's sense of powerlessness to help her son, is what I felt, not having children myself, this was deep in my soul, I had to allow the grief to come out, and when it was done, I felt so much more aligned. As much as it wasn't personal, it was an experience of trapped emotions from the past, and it served it's purpose to bring out a deeper innerstanding of how a mother must feel in that situation. I did not go into the story, I just acknowledged and honoured the feelings present. And, from this, I found myself just supporting with Light and Love around this situation and within a day, he came out of his coma. This is how we can lend our Light into these situations and spaces, not taking it personally. It's been quite full-on what is showing up in South Korea, these are disclosures now of a highly, deeply dysfunctional society, and the wonderful thing is that those Starseeds who contracted to come in and serve in Love, their innate consciousness are making BIG changes heard and felt.. I have always known they are Starseeds On Purpose.

As I mentioned above, I was delighted to receive an invitation to facilitate a Personal Soul Retreat with my client. It's been something that I have thought about over the years, to be able to be with someone over a period of intimate presence to consciously guide them into the embodiment of the consciousness (energy-feelings). I have to say, we had the fun-nest time together. It was with an ease and grace to be able guide and witness his shift. I was already sensed Jason had great awareness as he has participated in many retreats and workshops over the years. what I already knew, was he didn't have the tools to drop into the embodiment of the energy.
This has a lot to do with Grounding BTW and what that really feels like, (interestingly, I happen to run into another client the other day, and we talked about embodiment and Grounding, and I kept expressing this as "innerstanding". She was quite baffled, but by the time, we had finished our conversation, after asking her a series of questions, she conceptually understood (what I was asking but she could not express how it felt, I could see she was in her mind trying to find the feelings) to express "what it felt like to feel grounded", then she realised she could not. And, that is really what I'm talking about, "innerstanding"

There is already a lot happening this year. It is a BIG year, I can't reiterate that enough. Change is coming faster now, and so those of you still tethering, I strongly encourage you to trust your inner compass now. The narrative from many are supporting the changes we are now witnessing across the board, has to happen. We can hold the space of Love and Compassion by just praying and seeing them coming through their crisis with an ease and grace, it will help, but worrying and feeling stressed about it will only add to that energy, if you are feeling overwhelmed, use it for your own alignment back to Truth.

Monthly Subscription; a monthly subscription for 2-3 shorter sessions(20-40 mins) during the month and to assist with supporting your healing and consciousness. I have noticed, people who struggle with understanding new concepts, this has proved to be very effective for those who have taken up this option, giving them a sense of clarity and support to keep the momentum of change in their thoughts, feelings and patterns. Please enquire for the two options available.
Family Constellation - this is an effective way to help create space for healing for your family and lineage. It works on the soul level and the family members do not have to know, we work with their Higher Self, but what has been really amazing, is that each member feels the shift (even if they don't understand it); something opens up for them to be able to move forward, whereas in the past the whole family is "stuck" in a specific consciousness; for eg; suffering, health issues, common patterns of abuse etc. A lot of this work I have done in the past is for people overseas, and they feel it immediately, pretty cool. Private Retreat - this is something new I'm offering, and essentially it is a "live-in with me, an organic ongoing guidance". This suits people who truly want to embody the changes that they have been learning but just can't quite stay in connection, or need guidance with a deeper connection. You will have had to have done a good amount of shadow work, or it will be too confronting. During our time together, I am sensing your communication and connection and I will gently alert you to when you are disconnecting, to further assist with how to stay connected when embodying new consciousness, as sense the moment you disconnect. It is really helpful for you to be able to witness at which point you are disconnecting, thereby allowing the necessary changes to feel it dropping in. This stepping into Mastery. They are noticing how thoughts are showing up fast, and the ability to change negative thoughts into a positive so quickly. It really is an exciting time. Stay close to the ground, sensing this new earth energy as it pulls you along into a different reality, out of 3D, where life is a gentle unfolding.
